Official award ceremony of the UCLG International Prize (United Cities and Local Governments) - Mexico - Culture 21 ’’, 4th edition, to the city of Ségou -Mali, tied with the city of Medellin in Colombia. the occasion of the UCLG World Council (with 140 participating countries) was followed live, online by the Mayor of Ségou and the members of the Management Committee of the Ségou Creative City program. This award is the result of a public-private partnership (PPP) through the Ségou creative city program, an initiative of the Festival sur le Niger Foundation in partnership with the City of Ségou. #Centre Culturel Kôrè #Fondation Festival sur le Niger.
